Making Moving Easier

I still remember the first time I decided to move my business. I had a small masonry company at the time, and we didn't think that it would be that hard to load everything into a few trucks. A few weeks later, we found ourselves struggling to maintain our business, clean up our old location, and get set up in our new place. Although I have owned several businesses over the years, moving an entire company is never easy. I decided to dedicate this website to helping other small business owners like myself, so that you don't have to endure the same hassles that I did. I hope that you find the information that you need, and that your next move can be successful.

An Overview Of CBD Oil Dosing For Beginners

Just starting to use CBD oil, but not sure how much you should be using for each dose? If so, it will help to have an overview about CBD dosing so that you are using the right amount. While there is no magic answer that will work for everyone, there are some tips that people can follow to help figure out the right dose for them.

Start Low And Go Slow

It is always a good idea to start off with a low dosage and go slowly. While you may want to see instant results when using CBD, you must realize that it won't happen that quickly. Many people decide to get started with small doses to find their right dose, which means upping the amount each day to figure out the effects of the CBD oil.

Calculate Your CBD Content In One Dropper

You'll want to figure out how much CBD is contained in that single 1oz dose based on the specific product you are using. For example, if the CBD oil contains 10% CBD, then some basic math will tell you that a 30mL or 1oz dropper will contain 3mL worth of CBD. This will help you understand how it affects your body, since you may use a different form of CBD oil in the future that is 15% or 20% CBD.

Use A Small Amount Of CBD Oil

Take things slow by only starting off with 10mL of CBD oil, or ⅓ of the dropper, on the first day. In this example, you will be using approximately 1mL of CBD, which will give you a good baseline of its effectiveness. If it has the positive effect you are looking for, then you know that you do not need any more than the bare minimum to make it work for you. If you do not see any benefits, then up the dosage on the second day by taking ⅔ of the dropper.

Keep repeating these steps until you finally find the right amount of CBD oil that has a positive health effect on you. In the end, you'll know the exact amount of CBD necessary to make it work for you so that you are not taking too much or too little. If the next time you get a CBD oil that is 15% CBD, you will know how to adjust your dosage so that the new concentration will work for you.
